ohrfunk-01Auch Radiomacher müssen sich von Zeit zu Zeit treffen. Einerseits um über die nächsten Aufgaben zu sprechen – dann heißt es Redaktionssitzung. Oder sie wollen sich gegenseitig motivieren und einfach mal wieder beisammen sein. Dann nennt man es – ja wie eigentlich? Betriebsversammlung wohl eher nicht, denn eine arbeitnehmerähnliche Struktur hat so ein Sender wie der Ohrfunk nicht. Aber das ist letztendlich auch nicht das Wesentliche. Viel wichtiger ist das Gefühl der Gemeinsamkeit, des Zusammengehörens und das Gefühl, an der gleichen Sache zu arbeiten.

Am 8. und 9. Februar 2013 war das Treffen der “Ohrfunker” im Gelände des Allgemeinen Blinden- und Sehbehindertenverein (ABSV) in Berlin-Grunewald statt. Es wurde viel diskutiert, wie man das Programm noch besser gestalten kann. Am Nachmittag des 9. Februar waren Mitglieder von inclusio medien zu einem Erfahrungsaustausch eingeladen. Das Fazit der Diskussion war eindeutig: Will man auf der Höhe der Zeit sein, sich seine Hörerschaft erhalten und sie erweitern, muss man ihre Sprache sprechen. Öffentlichkeitsarbeit über die eigene Website, über Facebook und Twitter sind Kanäle, an denen man nicht vorbeigehen darf. Auf keinen Fall sollte man das Publizieren über Facebook und Twitter als zusätzliche Aufgabe verstehen, für die auch noch jemand eingeteilt werden muss. Vielmehr muss sich dies in die tägliche Radio-Arbeit integrieren und organisch dazugehören.

Höhepunkt war die Live-Übertragung der Sendung Ballroom direkt aus dem Seminarraum der Tagung. Das Moderatorenpaar Michaela Lindemann und Harry Strauss hatte Musik ausgewählt, die eine gute Mischung zwischen Pop und Rock darstellte. Das Publikum war begeistert und nahm die Stimmung gut auf. Auch wenn Vereinsmitglied und Moderator Carsten Albrecht aus Hamburg später twitterte: “Auf den derzeitigen Ablauf der Sendung habe ich keinen Einfluß mehr” war es doch ein sehr stimmungsvoller Abend, der den Mitgliedern sicher viel Kraft für die nächsten Aufgaben gegeben hat.

Im Ohrfunk arbeiten zur Zeit 25 radiofine Mitarbeiter ehrenamtlich mit. Acht bis zehn von ihnen zählt Dietrich zum “harten Kern”. Den Ohrfunk gibt es seit dem 28. Januar 2006. Der Sender ist im Kabel Deutschland und bei Tele Columbus sowie bei verschiedenen lokalen Kabel-Anbietern zu hören. Einen Live-Stream kann man auf der Website des Senders anhören. Der Ohrfunk arbeitet dezentral, das heißt, ein zentrales Sendezentrum gibt es nicht. Die einzelnen Studios des Senders befinden sich in Marburg, München, Hamburg, Hannover, Landshut, Magdeburg, Siegen und Berlin.

Die “Inclusianer”, wie Eberhard Dietrich liebevoll uns Mitglieder von inclusio medien nannte, bedanken sich für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft.
